whats the age requirement for an apple dev licence $99

so my question is;
i am a 16 year old student, i am getting a debit card and a paypal card very soon, with one of these cards i plan on buying an apple developer licence. am i old enough to purchase one? or do i have to be 18 years old?

also once i get my paypal im buying gamesalad pro wooooo
so also just another question where would i be able to buy gamesalad pro for students?

Hi @CodeMonster the minimum age is 13 I believe, although that might vary depending if you live ouside of the U.S:

"To use any of the Services, you must be at least 13 years old (or, for non-U.S. users, such older minimum age as may be required by applicable local law). If you are under the required age, you may still use the Services (subject to applicable local non-U.S. law), *but only if the account you are using was created and registered by your parent or legal guardian."*
