Adding scene attributes to prototype actor?

I am looking to add an actor to each scene in my project and am having an issue.
When creating the prototype, I can add the rule but I am not allowed to create the "change attribute" that controls the "current scene" function.

It would be nice to drag the actor into each scene instead of editing each actor on each scene.
Is this possible?

Unfortunately you aren't able to control scene attributes within prototypes. Only actors within the scene can access the scene attributes.
