Ads still showing on startup even with option disabled

My account just got upgraded to Pro (though not on the forums yet). This is recognised on my account page, within the Creator app, and when I go to publish apps. I have access to the Android tab now, and have the option to uncheck the "GameSalad Network" option when I publish to iPhone.

But ads still show up in my app even with this option unchecked.

Am I missing something obvious here (entirely possible)?

    @Armelline I would suggest submitting a support ticket to CS they should be able to assist you

    @BlackCloakGS The problem resolved itself spontaneously. I *suspect* that what was happening was I was unchecking the check box, it was saying saved, but it wasn't actually saving it. Just as likely to be a problem with Chrome and my laggy internet (Virgin Media, yay). If it happens again I'll make a ticket though!
