one last question about credit and debit card for apple dev licence, help please :)

hey everyone im getting my debit card tomorrow so i was wondering as seen in the pic below, do i have to have a credit card to purchase an apple developer licence??
or could i just use the debit card that i am going to get, like are they basically the same?? because i cant get a credit card since im not 18.

any help is great :D

    I don't work in finance so take this with a grain of salt but I believe that as long as your debit card has a VISA or other credit card company logo you should be fine.
