Can I play the unsigned apk game file that I downloaded from gamesalad ?

    You can't it must be the signed one.

    Can I use the APK Signer in the GameSalad Creator to sign or must sign using a Macintosh? Because I am using Window laptop.

    Did you install the android SDK and make a keystore? If you did you sign when you publish. I have a video on it.
