Hello every one,
I am a student and new to game salad app development. I want to publish my app in windows store,but how can I do that with paying no money?
I have a partially completed game and wanted to see preview on web. But while publishing app,
it showing that "Progress Towards Arcade Listing 98 %" but "Stats +1% towards Arcade listing". What is status towards arcade listing and how can I solve this?

right now windows publishing is pro only, so that will cost $299, on top of whatever the current Microsoft developer charge there is.
