When I import my 32x32 pixel art game character and size it up to 128x128 it comes out blurry. Is there any way I could fix this?
Thanks,

@blorsch
If you're using Photoshop. To resize pixel art. In preferences select Nearest Neighbor.

sadida172 example resized with wrong setting. That's why its blurry and has transparent outline.

Please use only legitimate keys when using paid software, guys. Just a friendly reminder.
If you cannot afford Adobe Photoshop CS6,
Adobe released CS2 as a free product
.
Otherwise, you can use alternatives like
Inkscape
.
