TIZEN- Setting up seller account, Confusing...

It looks like i am a "Public Private Seller--Free Distribution Seller"
Does that mean i cannot charge for my apps????
Underneath my Name (on the TizenStore) It says "Request Commercial Seller" I click on that, i fill it all out, but it never actually goes anywhere and there is no indication that it did anything at all other then reload the screen after i hit submit. Is that normal?

I suspect you're having a common problem when trying to use PayPal as your payment method. It was solved for me by some kind soul in another thread, but a few days later Tizen support responded with the same answer:

Firstly, we sincerely apologize for the delay in answering your case.

Regarding your inquiry, we would like to kindly inform you that if you use PayPal as financial information, please kindly put photos in both copy of Passport or ID Card and Proof of bank account, before you link your PayPal account to Seller Office. The Proof of bank account will disappear once you link your PayPal account successfully to Seller Office.

We hope you find the information useful and your application for Commercial Seller status will be approved on an early date.
