How does everyone make such perfect demo videos? Is there a special program to use?

    I use screenflow to record my screen, but if you want a free option and you're on a mac quicktime works just fine.

    I think most people use a combination of programs or hire someone. Many people have skills in other media as well. Depending on the type of trailer style determines the programs I use. I create most of my stuff in two core programs, Apple final cut and apple motion. You can purchase a program called reflector to record your idevice's active screen using airplay.

    Screenflow for the video capture.
    Sony Vegas for editing.

    @imGua Sony Vegas is more difficult. i would say Camtasia. im 15 years and i use that one. its easy but with Sony you have more edit options.

    I record AND edit using ScreenFlow, it does both jobs just fine.
