Paid job - Pixel artist needed

I have almost all the assets I wanted so far, yet I need some (bosses) who will be like robocop or huge police robots and some more assets on deman, my budget isn't big, but I will be paying you as soon as I receive the image and we can have this job in www.Elance.com to be secured with payments ..etc

Keep in mind this is not simple pixel art, I am talking about (Metal slug style)

I can share a sample of the current graphic I have with whoever is interested and then they can decide if they can make such a thing or not.

For the info I have mostly everything, just few more assets required, so it is not a full job it is just about 10 to 15 asset (animated each with 3-6 frames)

I also don't think most serious artists will want to work through elance...

this is the strangest thing I have ever heard! it is the most secure way and I am using it for ages, but again I dont mind any other way.
