bad Url help me please!

in iPhone and Android Publishing
Hi everyone. I created a game and I'm trying to publish it on apple store for iPhone. but unfortunately after generete app, when I try to download the app I check an error that says bad url. how can I solve it? I have already cleaned the cashe, I disconnected and reconnected but the problem is always there. help me please

    after generating the app you want to sign it. the download app button just downloads a copy of your project, it's useless for publishing. if the sign button doesn't work, and you don't have any special characters in your user name or project name, then try building one of the sample projects or something. try something completely different.

    I tried doing what you suggested trying the examples, but the result is the same

    then you'll have to contact support so they can check from the back end.
