I would like to make an app for a magazine on a monthly cadence

how can you make to the management of subscriptions?
1 - Creation of digital newsstand
2 - subscriber registration
3 - code assignment subscriber
4 - single issue (eg € 0.99)
5 - to 12-year subscription numbers (eg 7 €)
6 - the subscriber enters their code and download the January numbers for example)
7 - a database (table) that manages the data (subscriber, subscriber code, download magazines (January-February-March-etc ...)
8 - possibly gives a number of the magazine to a friend

it's possible with gamesalad?

It's not free or even cheap but I'd suggest using Quark Xpress and it's App Studio for this, it's perfect for this type of development. But you have to be serious, like I said it's not a free solution.
