Cant publish my game to app store

in iPhone and Android Publishing
I'm trying to publish my game to the app store but the steps in the game salad cookbook don't make sense, http://cookbook.gamesalad.com/tutorials/3/parts/12 .at step 10 in this link it says chose file but theres nowhere to chose file, it just does make sense, can someone help, thanks

    step 10 is talking about the file you create in step 8.

    there are a few people out there with videos on the process on youtube.

    see i already published the game but i think i deleted the distribution profile in my keychain access, so i can't update it, when i try deliver the new version on the application loader a load of errors come up, is there anyway i can get the distribution profile back?

    you should be able to download it directly from apple's developer portal.

    i dunno, i tried that but its not coming up in the keychain access. i think ill try just publishing the game as a new game, but when i get to step 10 where do i go? i get into the provisioning portal, go to certificates then development and click add, but it won't let me click on iOS app development?

    You need to click on Distribution, not Development.
