Never got payment for tizen.

So about a month ago my app got accepted to the Tizen Store, I filled out the tax information, and sent an email. I got an automatic email back saying that they got it yada yada yada. Here it is a month later I have heard nothing back, and nothing in my paypal, and no pro. I contacted customer support a week ago and no responce from them either. I'm not sure if this is the right section but I just need some help.

    I don't think they have sent out any payments yet and no pro updates..

    I think I read somewhere that they first batch of payments go out at the end of January.

    i think all incentives pro/monetary happen at the same time.

    @jonmulcahy many people said they got emails saying that they will get the rewards soon. What if I didn't get that email? What does that mean?:/
    As I submitted my app about 1-3 weeks ago.
