Hi, anyone had problems to purchase the Pro account? I want to renew my Pro account, but neither of the payments method worked well.

    It would be helpful if you could identify where the problem was however, the best method for help would probably to contact Gamesalad about this.

    A "contact support" button is in the bottom of the website!

    Yeah, I did that.. I sent an email for the support, but without return yet..
    And I can't identify the problem because not have a reason for it. It just don't accept my 2 credit cards (visa and Master) and neither my PayPal. In the PayPal they allow the purchase but then it is cancelled by the seller.

    Our CS department is at a conference. So response time to tickets will be longer than normal.
