Not a valid gamesalad user?

in iPhone and Android Publishing
Trying to upload app to my portfolio and it says "you are not a valid gamesalad user"
Wot????

    try this:

    log out of the app, website and publisher
    clear your cache
    open the app and login
    hit publish
    log into the website when it prompts you
