Publishing problems

in iPhone and Android Publishing
I'm trying to publish my game to the app store. but in the gamesalad cookbook- http://cookbook.gamesalad.com/tutorials/3/parts/12 . at stage 10 it says click choose file button, but i can't get that bit, i can click 'add certificate' but the iOS app development button isn't clickable. could someone help me out please, thanks

    Same here... i'm completely confused by the whole process and am trying to follow it step-by-step and there isn't an upload button/option???

    BTW Mac running Safari ;)

    Is there a complete walkthrough/explanation for newbies available? I've made my game, tested it on my iPhone (somehow!!) and i just want to publish it but can't get my head around it!
