So today I have bought my developers license from Apple. My gamesalad game is ready but I want to run a test build on my iDevice.

I would like to know how to download the app as an ipa to upload to TestFlight.
I need to know about the bundles, provisioning profiles etc.

Also how to upload the app to the appstore once it's 100% tested and finished.

Please and thanks if you can help with this!

Thank you but the video does not go into depth of creating the payload thing. Does the file need to be zipped inside the Payload folder since that's what it comes as from GS.

Yes, create a folder called "Payload". Put your signed app file in the folder. Now zip the folder and change the .zip extension to .ipa. There, done.
