Just purchased ,OS Development Certificate

Hi, i have just purchased, os development certificate, so i can upload my game to itunes, i have even got my email of conformation, and when i log in my apple id, it doesn't recognize that i have the membership that i paid for. what is going on ?

    It can take up to 48 hours for your order to process.
    Mine only took 6 hours but yours mite be different
