Hi have no idea, never seen such a thing. Is that while playing it on the Gamesalad Arcade, on a webpage or in the Preview of Gamesalad Creator?

I've never heard of a javascript error in the GS preview, maybe @CodeWizard would have an idea?

Of course there could be an error in your behaviors as well, have you downloaded the source files I provide with the tutorial and tried running those? If they run for you, then its certainly an error specifically in the behaviors you've created.

@jamie_c no i'm using my own actors but i don't see why this would make difference..
i am just trying to get my obstacle to spawn endlessly and i have tried to many videos... your one made so much sense now i'm p____ed off that it doesn't work!!!

ok so i fixed it i think i needed to tick the spawned boolean... now my obstacles r too far apart going accrooss the screen... what rule do i change

The Timer Behavior used in the spawner dictates the distance between the obstacles so a low time is closer obstacles and a high time is obstacles that are further apart.

The reason I asked if you tried my source files is that at least would let you know that your system is working properly, since we know my source files work fine. Once you know your system is working properly you could then track down any errors by comparing your code to mine.
