How to: Snoopify App

Hello GS Devs,
Does anyone have any idea how to create an App like the Snoopify App in which a user imports a photo and then can add custom clipart to it? Is there a template for this?

You can't import images from your phone into a GS project as yet. No ETA on when it'll be available as a feature.
