How do I publish iOS app on windows?

Please help, I've read guides and all but I'm still kinda lost

    Been asked many times. You can only publish on a Mac OS which holds your mac dev certificates and runs Xcode. All of which are not available on a windows machine. Only alternatives are using a virtual Mac OS or service such as Macincloud.

    Isn't there ANY way to do it on windows? :C I already paid the 100 dollars to get iOS developer rights but I don't have mac :s

    As SingleSparq said, use MacInCloud.com or use a virtual machine.
