Need Help With Camera Control

I'm trying to make my player controlled actor control the camera, but for some reason the camera won't follow the actor. What do I do, do not give me instruction for the mac version, I'm using the WINDOWS version.

    place the control camera behaviour into your actor that you want to control the actor (make sure this actor is the only actor with the control camera behaviour in it)
