I have issue with supporting screen for iphone 4s and 5 (please help)

Hello friends
I made one game and i choose legacy iphone landscape my game is complete already but now i found out that my game is not working properly on iphone 5.
Please can you help me how can i make it support iphone 5 screen too. is there any option while uploading app which i missed? or anything else please let me know
And i have same issue with android i want to make this same game in android but there are many screen in android how can i make it support to almost every possible screen
it will be great help if you suggest anything
