Hmm... curious... OK, are you certain you're using the latest version of Xcode?
Try this: click on App Store prog. then on Updates to check if there's an Xcode update you've not got....

Hi @CrazyGeek did you make your App ID and Provisioning Profile first?
@gyroscope Yes, ive done all the steps in my apple developer account
And you opened Xcode by double-clicking the Provisional Profile?
