Attributes doesn't work in Windows version!

Arrgh!!!, most frustrating...why doesn't attributes in version work. Is it worth working in windows at all?

    I put them up following a tutorial and it won't. I select Rule, select attributes and try to open the if box. It goes blue and wont allow input. Can you advise?

    What version of Windows? When I used a PC with Vista, the attribute browser box would pop up...but off the screen! That might be what's happening, it is frustrating.

    I couldn't fix it on Vista, but updated to Windows 7 and all works.

    Very strange indeed @JScott, I have GS running on everything from Vista to Win8 with no problems. In fact the above screenshot was done on Vista.

    What resolution were you working at? Could it be that you have some visual designs (themes) installed or downloaded some interface modifications which cause scaling problems?

    Yeah, I figured it was resolution related, but couldn't fix it. Tried every trick I know. No themes, but, who knows, might have modified something and forgot about it.

    Attribute browser does not come up when I press the 'e'. the attribute box goes blue on the frame and that is it. Maybe I'm missing something but this is really annoying. I copped code in but can create my own. Can anyone help..I've read your posts and seen numerous videos and I can tell you the attribute 'E' does not pop any box!

    I had (and continue to have under some conditions) the same problem as well. windows 7, just downloaded GameSalad today.

    apparently its the window getting lost between dual screens. change from extend to duplicate or limit to one screen, and it came back.

    actually, as a work around, if i take the gamesalad window and put it on the smaller monitor and click it works too. worth noting the monitors are at two different resolutions, so probably the popup menu appears below the visible portion of the smaller screen when the gamesalad window is maximized on the larger monitor.
