JetPack Joyride- Tokens

in Working with GS (Mac)

I have an endless runner game which is a mashup of many classics but i was wondering how i could make tokens that arc up and down like in jetpack joyride?

    You could lay them out on the screen and record each coins Y position and put it in a table. Then you'd just spawn each one according to the Y position in the table. A little vague, but hopefully that puts you on the right track.
