You can hire an artist or you can go to a royalty free stock image site to purchase graphics for your games.

Alternatively, you can check out these sites. Both have fantastic free art work that you can use in your game.

@openstockproject‌ has a great new site that has dozens of free items for you to check out.

The second site, which is a gold mine, shows you how to create your own game art.

On opengameart there is a notice to the left of it, or check the attribution file when u download a file. Of it doesn't have these contact the creator.

    You could also try opengameart.org

So like where do you hire an artist? And are taking images and putting them into your game legal?

You can post on the forums or search for people looking for work. Images may be legal to use in your game, check the copyright.
