Publishing Restrictions

Does the Windows version of Gamesalad creator Pro have all the same capabilities as the Mac version ?
The marketing email I received suggests there is no difference, but the info in the tutorials mentions publishing options being different for each version.

    You can't publish to any Apple platform from the Windows creator. I think everything else is compatible with windows.

    Any project you make in windows can be uploaded to the portal and from there you can generate any project type. After that you'll need a Mac to sign and upload an iOS project. Everything else can be genereated regardless of what is you are on

    Thanks for your help. I can get started on my plans and finish off later when I get access to a Mac.
