Actor receives event not in Rule

in Working with GS (PC)

I'm trying to follow the tutorials, but in many cases I don't see "Actor receives event" after adding a Rule. Sometimes it's there, mostly not. I can't follow the tutorials without it. What am I missing?

    is your box minimized? click the down arrow left of the "on" button at the top of the rule.

    I start out with it maximized, and "Actor receives event" is not there.
    Any other ideas?

    I believe in Windows you have to define your rule conditions for you. The tutorials are mostly Mac based which is different UI wise. So it's a little difficult to follow when using Windows .

    @52626, sounds like there might be some confusion between the Macintosh and Windows interfaces. Maybe the video below will help some:
