No provisioning profiles found

Hello, i have contacted apple support and game salad support, but none of them could help me.
So i want to ask you guys, i have tried weeks to get the provisioning profile to work, but i don't had any luck with it.
I think the provisioning profile is okay because i have:

• Apple worldwide developer relations certification authority
• iPhone Developer (my name) (some numbers and letters)
• iPhone Distibution (my name) (Some number and letters)

All of them are valid and have the green light.

Can someone help me? Thanks you so much to everyone who answer

Have you downloaded the profile and installed it to your computer? Do you have the same bundle id (Its Case Sensitive)?
