Game up on the arcade. Play count 0?

Just recently uploaded a game onto the arcade. Have spread the link to it around on facebook. People have been playing it but the count stays at zero. Anyone know how does on fix this?

play count has been zero there for months, on all new games. It is an issue with the arcade i'm sure, nothing you can do to fix it.
