Would I get copyrighted?

in iPhone and Android Publishing

If I use a song or beat already made? I found a cool African song but I was told I could get copyrighted, btw would it be the same if I made a a Disney game?

    Yup, you should get permission if you want to use either.

    You'll have a good chance of getting permission to use the music, but you can pretty much forget about making a Disney game.
