Selling a template on the Marketplace

Hi,
I know there are other threads about this, but they are old threads and I know the GS Rules have changed a lot. I have a template that I would like to sell on the marketplace, am I allowed to and who would I contact to do so?

    I can't remember where I saw it, but you are supposed to send them an email requesting them to put your template in the market place.
