How to publish a game from the PC version

Hello, I am new to GameSalad and I have a game that I want to put on an iPod/pad for testing before I buy pro. Is there a way this can be done?

Also when I do go pro, how do I publish from windows?

    You can't publish with windows to iOS. You can run a virtual machine or macincloud.com
    To test on an apple device it also requires an apple developer license.

    If i have a Windows computer I cant publish my game to IOS ?
    In the GameSalad website its says you can publish for free to IOS (also from PC).

    @ofekez You can't publish to iOS without a mac, plain and simple. From a windows computer you have the option of emulating a mac on a virtual machine or using macincloud.com (to rent a mac). You can publish to a platform for free, but it requires the specific developer license.

    How about to Android? Could I upload from the PC to an Android?
