how do you make a barricade to stop actors?

I want to make a wall sort of thing that stops an actor moving. I made the actor stop with a collision rule but then it wasn't able to go backwards after it hit the barricade.

please help if you know :)

    Are you controlling the actor that hits the barricade? If not make the actor that hits the barricade have more bounciness so that it reacts when it hits the barricade.
