New here
I m kind of new here and basically I do not know where to start have thought about downloading some starter temples get me started but I do not know whether they will work with windows or not.
In the marketplace it would be nice to see a windows sections for temples and other assets so people don't get get confused on weather its only for Mac or Windows.
This is a whole new experience for me so where would the best place to start, second I have taken the school of interactive design so I know the few basics of it like who my actor is and how to move.

Is that an Uru avatar I spy?
Welcome to the forums!
Welcome!
Even though it's a little outdated you might consider starting with the cookbook.
I also have a bunch of beginner tutorials at my website, linked in my signature below. Since you are a Windows user I'd consider watching the Windows vs Macintosh Comparison first (below). Since most/many online tutorials use the Macintosh version, it's helpful to see the differences in the interface.
I'd second that jamie_c's tutorials are probably the best place to start when new to GS. I wish they'd been around when I first started!
@Armelline, thanks!
Welcome!
Take a look at the demos bundled with GameSalad. I personally started with their asteroids one, and looked though every actor to see what it did, then changed something to see how it would change in the game.
Also, read through all the behaviours in GameSalad - they each have a little description, and it's always useful to go through that to get an idea of what everything does!
Good luck!

Been a Myst fan for over 20 years! I was playing Uru on day 1 and dip into the current game now and then
Totally can't wait for Obduction!
Hi @zeke365 and welcome too!
The official manual is useful to run through as well if you're new to the GameSalad Creator.
Best of luck with all your game-making.
