Hey, I was wondering if it is possible for me to hold a contest here for like $10-$50 reward for a time contest for those who give me app reviews?

    Maybe you should explain exactly how it would work...

    Contests are allowed on the forums but I'm sure rules are in place.

    Contests are fine. Certain rules apply for hosting the contest on a website, though.

    But paying people to review your app is not allowed.
