I am having a rejection message from apple when i send my binary to apple with itunes connect. 2.25 Your app displays apps, other than your own, for purchase or promotion. does any one have this issue? how can i solve this problem. thank you.

I think Apple just updated their guidelines and from now on it's not allowed to advertise for other apps that's not you're own, or something like that...
@oe_albornoz, Apple has updated the TOS and started rejecting apps for this. What ads are in your game exactly? Since you are not a PRO member I'm guessing it is the "more games" ad from GS, is that the case?
If so you might want to submit a bug report to GS and I'll also tag @CodeWizard here incase GS is not aware of this problem.
That really sucks though, because GS had just come out with their GS Network thing. Guess that is of no use except maybe on android

Sounds like I was right in the "Apple the great dictator" thread. Sad and worrying news, particularly for GameSalad's bottom line.

Still needs further confirmation though, and no word from the GS team regarding it. I certainly hope they're in talks with Apple regarding it now, as if this is the way things are going the free version of GameSalad becomes pretty much useless.
I'm sure GS will be able to come up with another solution, maybe just 'standard' ads instead of a 'more games' ad that mimics the app store, that seems to be the thing Apple is trying to avoid. We'll see soon enough I'm sure.
They've known about the issue for nearly a week and not even commented on it yet, though. Worrying.
Yeah, but they'll get around to it. As always they have limited people and a million things to do.
I'd assume the free version being completely broken (if it is) would be a top top priority, and definitely worth a comment on the problem and how they intend to solve it
Hmm. I got that message also...in the resolutiin center I sent a request for review and commented that I dont have anything other than Apples iAds....they passed the review after I contested it.
@Thunder_Child, kind of ironic that Apple would flag it's own ad network. LOL
Its true....they also would t allow a delay after tapping a start button...said no action takes place. I told them to please allow.' .5 seconds of interpolation to take place....also passed. It was obvious the reviewer did bot know English very well. His grammar was off a great deal. It made me feel my review was "out sourced".
I had 5 issues. 4 were allowed after contesting.
Who si having the same message right now? Any feed back with Apple of GS? Any posible solución?
I just got the same rejected reason. Game Salad needs to do something about this or just remove that ad bar that is making it look like the appsore when it lists other apps for sale
