Cant find open url command?

in Working with GS (PC)

Says theres an open url command in the manual for windows gs, not in the command list, where is it?
dont tell me thats mac only too... :(

    I'm not sure about Windows but it's listed in the Pro Behaviors tab on Macintosh.

    thx, i found it, you have to log in to dashboard for it to show...
