Draggable items from My Behaviors folder

I think it'd be really useful to be able to drag "entries" in the My Behaviours folder to the My Behaviours folder in another GS game project.
It'd be neat as well, I think, that when an item is selected from the My Behaviours list, the rules/behaviours show up on the right hand side.
