Downloading Android SDK

Hi There is something wrong with my android SDK i'm not sure if i downloaded the correct SDK but I have downloaded "eclipse". It doesn't seem to match with the instruction with the cookbook or am I doing something wrong?

You need Android SDK. Eclipse is part of it. http://developer.android.com/sdk/installing/index.html?pkg=tools
