HTML Game Monetization (free version)

I don't quite understand the FAQ's answer on this so I thought I would ask here. I understand you can monetize apps. But does this include HTML Games? Say I make a game in the FREE version. Am I allowed to upload this to a website such as Kongregate or GameJolt and earn a few penny's? Or even my own website and chuck up a few ads on the page? Is this allowed? Thanks!

    No you can't HTML is served through the arcade only which can be embeded like say a youtube video. You don't get the raw HTML file.
