I saw this on recode.net and the demo looks interesting. Essentially a HTML5 drag and drop app builder. It only makes prototypes as stated and is currently no competitor to GS. Publishing will come later I'd assume…but worth a look.

    This very good for building apps that I have personally wanted to make but was never possible with GameSalad at this point in time. Very clean design and looks like a lot of control.

    It does not seem to publish to iOS etc. so it is important to know it is for prototyping only.

    The prototyped app will actually run natively on iOS/Android so you could play with it directly, but it doesn't have the capability to generate code for developers to publish to various stores.
