You can create your own loading scene. That mean in your game when the user will tap on level 1 or level 20 , the actor will not change the scene to level 1 or 20 , this actor will change to load scene. And now into the load scene you will change scene to level 20.

I mean the loading screen you upload the publishing page on GS webpage when u load ur game .. there is ipad on iphone5 size ..
Iphone 6 has a scale up option built in.
