Trouble submitting app in the pubblishing portal

i pubblished the my app trough the gamesalad pubblishing portal 2 hours ago (italy)(with my mac) to pubblish the my game on amazon

now after two the portal is still say wait a few minut...
WHY?

I don't have Xcode and i have Mac OS x 10.8.3 due to a hard reset can this influence the apk generation progress? Do i need some programm to generate the apk?
