Messages in my Badges profile?

So for some reason, boredom I guess. I looked at my badges and I see messages in them that I never got in my Inbox. Is that normal? might be a bug or something.

maybe a Mod can answer or @ForumNinja‌

and sorry @jorkos‌ for not responding never seen the message, and I don't do any consulting but if you have any question about the universal build feel free to ask.

    yea, those are part of the old system which we never get notifications for. If people use the real inbox you get notifications. They should disable the old system

    I always chuckle when I read some of the messages left on peoples wall by mistake. I assume they forget to click on the message button and just see the wall message field instead.

    How do you post to old system?

    type in that activity section, it gets posted to your wall NOT your inbox
