You should open Xcode go to the preferences / accounts. Once there click details. There you will see your certs check to be sure none of them has a (2) next to it. That means there is a duplicate. Next hit refresh at the bottom. Anytime you create or alter a profile, like adding a device, you need to go there and refresh Xcode.

Are you using the latest version of Xcode? Also check for duplicates.
yes i have 6.1 of xcode and cleared out all certificates, then downloaded 1 of the certificates and get the same error.
