Could not sign app?

in iPhone and Android Publishing

Hi all.

I'm trying to sign my app. I click "Sign App" on the GameSalad website. Then a window appears in GameSalad. It downloads the app package. Then asks me to select my Provisioning Profile. I do that, then a window appears saying:

"Could not sign code because there is no developer identity matching the selected provisioning profile."

Any help would be amazing.

    Open Xcode go to preferences. Under the accounts tab hit details and then hit the refresh button at the bottom and try again.

    Thanks, that worked…

    I compressed that .app file and tried to upload it in Application Loader. It worked fine for a bit, then I got:

    ERROR-ITMS-9000: "Invalid Provisioning Profile. The provisioning profile included in the bundle com.maxx.wackacolor [wackacolor.app] is invalid. [Missing code-signing certificate.] For more information, visit the iOS Developer Portal.

    Make sure you're using a distribution profile not a development.
