Publishing Error "The internets are broken. blah blah"

Is anyone getting this error "The internets are broken. Please try again later. If the problem persists contact us and reference publish request [12df78d7-1f42-4cd0-ab51-fb4054aabf2b]."?
It started this morning and went away now it is back and I have tried several times and I can't publish my app.

it happened to me a few times yesterday. All 3 times I just reuploaded the game and it worked.
I would submit a support ticket with the strings you have there, there might be something going on.
@jonmulcahy I submitted a ticket and they said they had fixed it but it is still doing it.
It seems like there is always something with GS that doesn't work and man is it getting old.

I submitted a ticket about it yesterday and they got back to me today and said it was fixed but it is still happening. I also pm'ed @adent42 because he fix the last publishing error out of hours. Hopefully one of you can fix this soonish
re-open your support ticket or open a new open. Since its a web issue the best I can do is alert @adent42 .
@BlackCloakGS I replied to support and pm'ed @adent42 nothing so far guess it could be Monday before it is working again.

@JoeMeister I finally got my app to publish by repeatedly clicking "Generate App" and after a few minutes refreshing the page.
Did it three times and it worked.
hi,
i am using the basic game shooter template as a start to try publishing to android. Android SDK installed. Publishing failed with error.
Any help is appreciated.
